This website is operated by Central Scotland Ballet School. As user of this website, you acknowledge that any use of this website, including any transactions you make, is subject to our terms and conditions below. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.

Please read through these terms and conditions before using this website, and consider printing a copy for future reference.  These terms and conditions were last updated on 19 August 2011.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date above) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.  Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.

All orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. We will only accept your order and therefore enter a contract with you once we have dispatched the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order at any time, although normally this would only be if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Our office hours, which constitute a working day, are Monday to Friday 9.00AM – 5.30 PM. 

We normally dispatch orders within 7 days. Should you wish to cancel an order, then you must contact us at as soon as possible with details of your order.

If for any reason your order does not reach you in perfect condition, you should contact us at within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us at and we will offer you the option of refund or exchange and provide you with details of how to return your product. Please ensure that the product remains in the original packaging and unused. Our aim is to refund your order within a week of receiving the product back.
